On the morning of October 17, a construction site in downtown Nagoya, Japan, made a startling discovery when workers unearthed what is believed to be an unexploded bomb. The incident prompted immediate action, with local authorities and police securing the area to investigate further.
According to NHK, around 9 a.m. that day, workers at a site in Marunouchi, Nagoya, stumbled upon the one-meter-long object while operating an excavator during the demolition of a building.
In response to the alarming find, the construction team quickly alerted the police and halted all work at the site. Authorities, including law enforcement and city officials, are currently on-site to conduct a thorough investigation. Notably, this construction location is situated in a densely populated office area, just 800 meters away from the Aichi Prefectural Government building.
