According to the statement, on October 23 at 9:26 PM, they received an emergency call regarding a collision involving a concrete mixer truck and several other vehicles near the Yuehui Plaza on Renmin Road in the Shibei District.
Authorities quickly dispatched officers to the scene to manage the situation. The injured were promptly taken to the hospital, and currently, three individuals remain hospitalized, though none are in life-threatening condition.
The suspect, identified as 48-year-old Sun, a resident of the Shibei District, is under suspicion of drunk driving and has been taken into custody by the police. An investigation is currently underway.
